Affiliate Program Terms

1. Who these terms are between

These Terms are an agreement between you (“you”, “Affiliate”, “Partner”) and wcally (“we”, “us”). Every wcally account carries an affiliate link, so you may become an Affiliate without applying — using the link, or displaying a badge carrying your code, is acceptance of these Terms.

You take part as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates employment, agency, partnership, or a joint venture, and you may not present yourself as any of those, sign anything on our behalf, or make commitments in our name.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. If you take part on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. How referrals are tracked

A referral is credited to you when someone reaches wcally through your affiliate link, or through a “Powered by wcally” badge carrying your affiliate code, and then creates an account and pays.

• The attribution window is 60 days. If they sign up more than 60 days after their last visit through your link, the referral is not credited.
• Attribution is last-click: if the visitor arrives through another Affiliate’s link after yours and inside the window, the later one is credited.
• Tracking depends on the visitor’s browser keeping the record we set. Cleared storage, a different device, a privacy tool or a blocked script can all break the link, and a referral we cannot see is a referral we cannot pay. We do not reconstruct attribution from anything else.

Our own records are the authoritative measure of clicks, sign-ups, commissions and balances. We will look into a discrepancy you report in good faith, but third-party analytics, screenshots or your own logs do not by themselves establish a commission.

3. What you earn

Commission is a fixed monthly amount per referred customer, by the plan they are on, and it recurs for as long as they keep paying:

• Starter — $10 per month
• Pro — $20 per month
• Agency — $30 per month

A yearly subscription pays ten months’ commission at once, matching the ten months a customer pays for a twelve-month plan. If a referred customer upgrades, the new rate applies from their next payment; if they downgrade, so does the lower one.

Commission is calculated on the plan, not on the amount actually charged. Prorated upgrade charges, tax, and any discount or credit applied to a customer do not create additional commission.

You earn nothing on your own account, on any account you control or are connected to, or on an account created to route a purchase through your link. Commission on such accounts is void whether or not we spot it at the time.

4. When a commission clears

A commission is held for 30 days from the payment that earned it, and clears after that. The 30 days are not arbitrary: they are exactly the money-back window we give customers, so a commission clears at the moment the payment behind it can no longer be refunded.

Held commission is visible in your dashboard as a balance, but it is not yet owed and cannot be paid out. Only cleared commission can be withdrawn.

5. Getting paid

You can request a payout once your cleared balance reaches $100. Below that it stays on your account and keeps accumulating; there is no expiry while your account is open.

• Request payouts from your dashboard. We pay to the details you enter there, and only to those details.
• We aim to pay within 14 business days of a request. Payments are made in USD unless we agree otherwise.
• Payment fees charged by your bank or payment method are yours. Currency conversion is at your provider’s rate.
• Getting the payout details right is your responsibility. We are not liable for money sent to details you gave us, and we may charge back the cost of recovering or re-sending a payment that failed because of them.

You are responsible for your own taxes, social contributions and any registration or invoicing your country requires. We may ask for a valid invoice or tax information before paying, and may withhold payment until we receive it, or where law requires us to deduct at source.

6. When commission is reversed or withheld

Commission follows the money. If the payment behind it does not stick, neither does the commission:

• A refund, chargeback, or reversal claws back the commission earned on that payment in full.
• Commission is not paid on a subscription that is cancelled, expired, unpaid, or fraudulent.
• We correct commissions credited in error — including errors of ours — and adjust your balance accordingly.

We may withhold, reduce, cancel, or reclaim commission, and suspend or close an affiliate account, where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of section 7, fraud, abuse, or manipulation of tracking, including where the conduct is by someone acting for you. Where we do this we will tell you what we found. If commission we have already paid is affected, you must repay it on request, and we may set it off against anything else we owe you.

If your account is closed for breach of section 7, any balance that has not cleared is forfeited.

7. What you must not do

These are the practices that end an affiliate account. The list is not exhaustive; the principle is that referrals must be genuine, and earned honestly:

• Bidding on “wcally” or any confusingly similar term, misspelling, or our domain in paid search, or otherwise buying ads that appear to be from us.
• Registering domains, social accounts, app listings or pages that use our name or a confusingly similar one, or that pass themselves off as an official wcally property.
• Sending unsolicited email, SMS, or messages of any kind. All promotion must comply with GDPR, KVKK, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM and every other law that applies where your audience is.
• Making claims we have not made: invented features, invented figures, guaranteed results, fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake scarcity, or a price, plan or discount that is not real.
• Cookie stuffing, forced or hidden clicks, auto-redirects, pop-unders, iframes, browser extensions, toolbars, adware or anything else that credits you without a real, intentional visit.
• Self-referral, or creating, funding or coordinating accounts in order to generate commission.
• Promoting through coupon, deal, cashback or loyalty sites, or offering a rebate out of your commission, without our written permission.
• Publishing on sites with unlawful, adult, hateful, violent, deceptive, or infringing content, or in any context that would reasonably damage our reputation.
• Reselling wcally, presenting it as your own product, or bundling it into an offer that hides who provides it, unless we have agreed that in writing.

You are responsible for everything published under your name or with your code, including by anyone you engage. Suspicion is not proof, but persistent, unexplained anomalies in your referral pattern are grounds for us to hold payment while we look.

8. Using our name and materials

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to use our name, logo and the promotional materials we provide, for the sole purpose of promoting wcally under these Terms. That licence ends the moment your participation does, and you must then stop using them and remove them from your channels within a reasonable time.

Do not alter our logo, imply endorsement or a partnership we have not agreed, or use our brand in a way that suggests your content is ours. We may ask you to change or remove any material that uses our brand, and you will do so promptly.

You keep ownership of your own content. Where you publish material about wcally, you grant us permission to quote and link it in our own materials, with attribution.

9. Confidentiality

Your affiliate dashboard shows information about people who signed up through you. Treat it as confidential: use it only to understand your own performance, do not publish it, and do not contact referred customers about their wcally account, their plan, or their billing. They are our customers, and their data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to the program

We may change these Terms, the commission rates, the attribution window, the clearing period, the payout threshold, or any other part of the program, and we may suspend or close the program entirely.

• We give at least 30 days’ notice by email of a change that reduces commission rates, lengthens the clearing period, or raises the payout threshold.
• A changed rate applies to commission earned after the change takes effect. It does not retroactively reduce commission already earned.
• Other changes, including corrections and clarifications, take effect when posted here with a new date.
• If we close the program, cleared balances are paid out even where they are below the threshold; balances that have not cleared are paid once they clear, unless section 6 applies.

Continuing to promote wcally after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not, stop using your link and tell us.

11. Ending your participation

You may leave the program at any time by ceasing to promote wcally and telling us. We may end your participation at any time, with or without cause, on notice.

When participation ends for any reason other than a breach of section 7, commission already cleared is paid on the normal terms, and commission still held is paid as it clears. Nothing further is earned after the end date, including on customers you previously referred.

Sections 6, 8 (final paragraph), 9, 12, 13 and 14 survive the end of these Terms.

12. No guarantees

The program is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, conversion, earnings, uptime of tracking, or that the program will continue. Nothing we publish about typical or potential earnings is a promise of what you will make.

We are not responsible for a commission lost because tracking failed for reasons outside our control, including a visitor’s browser settings, privacy tools, ad blockers, or a link you published incorrectly.

13. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, or lost data, arising out of the program.

Our total liability to you in connection with the program, on any basis, is limited to the total commission we actually paid you in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if that is greater.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence are unaffected.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses, fines and reasonable costs arising from your promotion of wcally, your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law applicable to how you promote, or content you published in connection with the program.

15. General

These Terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement about the affiliate program. Where they conflict with the Terms of Service on a matter these Terms cover, these Terms prevail.

You may not transfer these Terms or your affiliate account to anyone else without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a transfer of our business.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Not enforcing a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of it.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at wcally’s place of establishment, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of your country of residence.
